At 361 Insurance, LLC., our goal is to continually provide our family,
friends, and neighbors the extra degree of service.

I was born and raised in Flandreau and am happy to still reside there. I graduated from Flandreau High School in 2006 and then continued my education at Northern State University in Aberdeen. While at NSU, I double-majored in banking and financial services and marketing. It was during my time at NSU that I also decided to follow in my grandfather Bud’s footsteps, so I started studying and was able to get my insurance license while still in college. After obtaining my license I started working with my uncle, Tom Ackerman, at his agency in Avoca, MN and was fortunate to have his experience and expertise to guide me when I opened 361 Insurance LLC. I currently sell auto, home, farm, business, and crop insurance.

After college my wife, Mandy, and I moved to the acreage where I grew up. Although the farm is a little different without the livestock I grew up showing, we feel blessed to be raising our three kids – Emersyn, Cadi, and Duncan – in a place that is so special to my family. In addition to providing the “extra degree of service” to my family and clients, I also want to provide that exceptional service to the community that helped raise me. I am a proud member of the Flandreau Fire Department, President of the Team of Angels, and a board member for South Dakota Boys State.

I started my career with 361 Insurance, LLC in April of 2001. I have been associated with the insurance industry since becoming a licensed agent in 2006. In addition to being an insurance agent, my husband and I raise cattle, soybeans, corn and alfalfa. We have 3 grown daughters, a son-in-law and 3 adorable grandchildren. In my spare time, I like to scrapbook and garden. I enjoy helping customers find ways to protect their assets and reduce their risk.
